We are currently hiring Grill Cooks with experience in all/or one of the following, sautee, fry, fish, salad, and grill.
Duties:
- Braise and grill meat and vegetables with a high degree of skill.
- Assist in maintaining inventory by tracking, labeling, and replacing key ingredients.
- Prepare meat and vegetables by slicing, cutting, shredding, and tenderizing them as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience preparing grilled meals.
- Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively.
- Must be accustomed to working under pressure.
- Must be knowledgeable of safety procedures and practices.
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers, etc)
- knowledge of culinary arts.
