Line Cook Full Time

We’re looking for a Line Cook able to prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, and prepare pizza and pasta, poultry and other foods.
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes.
• Occasionally serve food.

Requirments:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience establishing recipes and preparing meals.
• Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively.
• Must be accustomed to working under pressure.
• Must be knowledgeable of safety procedures and practices.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pizza makers)
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, preparing pizzas, and delicious pasta.
